How to Book: Appointments can be made via our online booking link.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know immediately so we can offer your spot to someone else.

No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Service Satisfaction & 24-Hour Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you're unhappy with your lash service (lash lift or extensions), you have 24 hours from your appointment time to notify us:

Within that window, we will happily offer solutions such as a complimentary fix-up.

After 24 hours, we cannot accept responsibility for aftercare or maintenance, and no further free adjustments are available.

Allergic Reactions & Glue Sensitivities

Please disclose any known sensitivities or past allergic reactions to lash adhesives before your appointment.

If you fail to inform us of a prior glue allergy and experience an allergic reaction, we will offer a complimentary lash removal service within 24 hours of your appointment.

Requests for removal or other remedies after the 24-hour window are not covered.
